Our mission statement
Innovative
Innovation is the most important success factor for companies and therefore for our entire economy. This success requires the consistent training of young talent. We place great emphasis on the ability and willingness to innovate in our study programs. We lay the technological foundations by providing R&D (research and development) oriented training for engineers. On the management side, we promote the implementation of innovations into commercially successful products.
International
The international integration of industry is increasing. As a result, more and more talented young people are needed who can operate in this environment. The best career opportunities are open to internationally oriented personalities. The Faculty of Technology and Management is constantly expanding its international contacts and permanently increasing the proportion of our students who spend part of their studies abroad. This includes the recognition of academic achievements from abroad at the university and the joint development of study programs with selected partner universities abroad
Interdisciplinary
The Faculty of Technology and Management wants to:
- Look beyond the boundaries of individual disciplines and promote contacts with companies
- Combine the specialist knowledge of a solid basic education with knowledge from the other disciplines of the faculty
- Open up opportunities to create individual profiles
- To focus on the systems thinking that is so crucial today
Entrepreneurial
Graduates who think and act entrepreneurially are ahead of their competitors in terms of career potential and development skills. The Faculty requires its students to develop and apply entrepreneurial skills.
