Emotion Recognition

This bachelor thesis investigates user experience design for artificial intelligence applications for people on the autism spectrum.

In this context, a video conferencing software with an automated AI-supported emotion recognition is conceived and designed for the affected persons. Due to the autism spectrum disorder, special needs of the target group arise. These are specifically considered in the design to ensure an efficient use of the application.

The work was supervised by Prof. Jürgen Graef and Prof. Klemens Ehret.
