Michael Wagner studied business administration and then completed his doctorate at the Chair of Production and Logistics at the University of Augsburg. His doctoral thesis deals with quantitative approaches to integrated inventory planning. His professional focus is on supply chain management, business process management, IT management and digitalization. Before joining RWU, he was VP Service & Solutions Delivery Gardena at the Husqvarna Group. In this role, he was responsible for IT and carried out projects in the areas of warehouse management, manufacturing execution, CRM and eCommerce, among others.
His work focuses on the automation of business processes, the successful introduction of operational information systems, eCommerce and the use of AI in companies.
