We have some new colleagues at RWU who we would like to introduce to you today.

Birgit Breitschmid has started as a research assistant in the FH-Personal project. Before joining RWU, Birgit worked in marketing and product management for companies such as DreBo, adidas and Wella and as a freelance business mediator and lecturer at the DHBW. The regional and international networking, as well as the practical orientation, were decisive factors in her decision to work at RWU. That is why she is particularly pleased about the exchange in the RWU network with her colleagues and about actively contributing to the further development of RWU. Birgit likes to spend her free time jogging and playing tennis or traveling, hiking and snowboarding with her family.

Karen Kircher works part-time at RWU as a media designer for the visual appearance of the university in public relations. In addition to her work at RWU, the 28-year-old also runs the design studio efkei studio with her studio partner. The multimedia experiments and explorative approaches of the work create aesthetics that break with expectations. For her work at RWU, she is also looking forward to using new approaches and ideas to steer RWU's image in a progressive, modern direction. Karen Kircher previously studied communication design at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg. Her work has won several national and international awards (e.g. The One Club for Creativity / New York, ADC / Berlin, CCA / Vienna). Before starting at RWU, she worked as a junior designer in an agency in Stuttgart.

Lilly Welker has also started. A warm welcome.
