Welcome Week
Die internationalen Studierenden starten gut gelaunt in ihr neues Studium an der RWU.

In addition to the official semester welcome last Monday, the Welcome Week took place for all international students. During this week, the new arrivals from a wide variety of countries were warmly welcomed and received. The International Office staff in particular provided the students with a wealth of information about life at RWU and in Weingarten - even away from the traditional daily routine of studying. There was also a wide range of cultural and culinary activities for the new RWU students to experience.
In total, the university welcomed around 70 new international students from countries including India, Nepal, Mauritius, Canada, Portugal, Kenya, Cameroon and Pakistan. RWU wishes the new internationals a successful start to the summer semester 2025. RWU Rector, Professor Dr. Spägele, aptly stated at the semester welcome: "Science knows no borders".
