"Dream Job Professor Plus" - Your Path to a Professorship

RWU has joined forces with all universities of applied sciences (HAW) in Baden-Württemberg and the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in a joint project to recruit more female professors for teaching and research at HAW and DHBW. "The joint project is another opportunity to significantly increase our proportion of female professors at RWU," enthuses Prof. Dr. Thomas Schreier-Alt, RWU's Equal Opportunity Officer.

Over five years, a total of 250 interested women will be supported by mentors. The project also includes an accompanying program with events on the job description and advanced training in didactics. The project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts (MWK). Interested women can still apply until 15th November for the first mentoring round from January to December 2024.
