Workplace massages

Whether screen work, long periods of standing or internal tension: there are many factors that cause muscles to harden and pain to develop. The workplace massage can provide relief, at least in the short term, and give an impulse to pay more attention to your own body in the future.

You will receive a 25-minute fascia massage, through which the connective tissue is made supple by pulling and stroking techniques. This eliminates any hardening and adhesions that have developed.

When? Various dates on November 7-9 and November 14-16, 2023.
