Guide: RWU portals

A variety of software solutions are in use at RWU: Moodle, LSF, QM-Portal, RZ-Serviceportal ... But which portal is used for what, and for whom is it intended? Here you will find a brief overview.

	my Campus My Campus is the central portal in the area of student management. It is aimed at students and prospective students. Here, students can view and change their personal data, re-register for the next semester, download certificates, submit applications (semester off, de-registration, etc.) digitally or apply for a different degree program. 	LSF LSF is the portal for the organization of studies. In addition to My Campus, it provides students with digital processes such as course enrollment, study and examination regulations, retrieving grade reports, and registering for exams. Students, lecturers and staff can call up timetables and room plans in LSF, and lecturers can also find the mailing lists for their courses here. 	Moodle (E-Learning) Moodle is the e-learning portal of RWU. Here students can find their course materials, assignments and access to video conference rooms. 	QM-Portal RWU's quality management portal contains process descriptions and official documents for all university members (e.g., statutes, templates, service agreements). The processes describe important procedures at the university and provide information on procedures and responsibilities. 	QM-Engine (digital processes) The QM-Engine enables students, faculty and staff to carry out various digital processes. For students, the portal thus complements the functions of My Campus and LSF, e.g. through the selection of majors, the registration of theses, and the registration of exams for electives and additional subjects. Teachers and staff can use the QM-Engine to submit business trip and procurement requests, for example, and to register for seminars. 	Website (external) The central communication platform of RWU. In the external area of the website you will find information about degree programs, projects, research and cooperations. 	Website (internal) The internal area of the website is aimed at staff, teachers and registered students. Among other things, they can access internal news and dates, announcements and information from the employee representatives.
