The Student Administration Office assists students with matters relating to the organization of study programs, such as, application, enrolment, re-registration, examinations, recognition of achievements, applications, and or questions regarding Bafög. All areas of responsibility is accessible in the next tabs. We have provided answers to the most frequent asked questions in our FAQ.
The Student Administration Office includes both the Admissions Office and the Student Examination Office, located in the main building in room H 022.

General information about the Admissions Office
The Admissions Office is the first point of contact for applicants to the RWU.
The main responsibilities of the Admissions Office are:
- General advice (questions relating to admission requirements etc.)
- Student Administration Office
- Advising foreign exchange student applicants
- Processing applications and overseeing admissions
- Enrolment
- Information about semester and tuition fees
- Re-registration at the beginning of the semester
- Processing applications for holiday or off-semesters
- Deregistration
- Lost and Found

General information about the Student Examination Office
The Student Examination Office is the point of contact for general questions pertaining to examinations and grades, as well as for questions about study and examination regulations (SPO).
The main responsibilities of the Student Examination Office include:
- General information on examinations
- Study and examination regulations (SPO) for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs
- Transfer of credits and grades
- Registration and deregistration for examinations
- Eligibility for the final thesis
- Issuing certificates and diplomas
- Certificates of receipt of BaFög (national student grant)
