After completing his training as an industrial clerk, Dr. Thilo Eith successfully established himself in responsible management positions in the healthcare and social services sector. Here he was able to gain valuable experience in interdisciplinary management, working with human resources and, as a result, achieving economic goals. At the same time, Dr. Thilo Eith used this time efficiently to achieve his academic goals. As part of his business studies at the Deutsch-Ordens-Fachhochschule Riedlingen, he was able to lay important foundations for his professional and personal development. Dr. Thilo Eith's subsequent doctorate in health sciences in the management major group at the UMIT - Private University for Health Sciences, Medical Informatics and Technology, A-Hall i. T. opened up further perspectives for him. With this foundation, he has been able to dedicate himself to the challenges as Dean of Studies and university lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in the past. At the same time, Dr. Thilo Eith has made a name for himself as a popular, highly rated and cross-industry lecturer at various universities and educational institutions. His additional training as a systemic coach (EBS) ensures that Dr. Thilo Eith is able to perform these tasks empathetically and professionally. His expertise is also particularly evident in his authentic lectures, panel discussions and various memberships in different committees. Most recently, Dr. Thilo Eith was appointed Professor of General Business Administration at Allensbach University in Constance with a focus on personnel, organization and management and also held the position of Vice-Rector for Research.
