Tanja Pfänder joined RWU in November and is working as a research assistant in a research project on municipal health reporting and the public health service at Faculty S. The 46-year-old comes from Lautrach and studied Nursing Education (Bachelor) and Applied Health Sciences (Master) at RWU. She also worked as a nurse and as a nursing educator and teaching assistant at the vocational school for nursing at Memmingen Hospital. Tanja Pfänder appreciates the honourable atmosphere at the university and looks forward to working with colleagues. To balance out her work, she spends time with her family and friends, is active in sports such as hiking and enjoys painting.

Magnus Pfleghar from Aulendorf also studied here: Media Design. After graduating, he is now a 3D artist in the field of VR development and supervises VR experiences in university didactics. The 23-year-old previously worked as a student assistant at the Didactics Center for three years. Magnus Pfleghar is most looking forward to interesting projects. One of his hobbies is a small IT home lab.

Armin Leuter is the new Laboratory Master in Mechanical Engineering. The 48-year-old comes from Bergatreute and previously worked as a team leader in toolmaking. He is looking forward to new colleagues and interesting and innovative projects. In his spare time, Armin Leuter plays the tenor horn in a brass band.

Hani Abdelmaseh is a new member of the helpdesk team at the data center since the beginning of 2024. He is 38 years old and comes from Egypt, where he worked for ten years as a system administrator at Telecom Egypt. Hani Abdelmaseh moved to Germany with his family in 2022. He likes the collegial team spirit and the good working atmosphere at RWU.

Also new are Alireza Ahmadi (Fak. T) and Maren Kempter (Fak. S).
