Lebenslauf

Prof. Dr. Bernd Michelberger studierte Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen sowie an der Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten. Während seiner Promotion am Institut für Datenbanken und Informationssysteme der Universität Ulm arbeitete er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für angewandte Forschung der Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten. Nach seiner Promotion war Bernd Michelberger in leitender Funktion im Bereich »Machine Learning & Analytics« bei der Bosch Financial Software/actico GmbH tätig.

Seit September 2021 lehrt Bernd Michelberger als Professor für Wirtschaftsinformatik im Fachbereich »Digital Business« in den Studiengängen Internet und Online-Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik sowie Wirtschaftsinformatik PLUS Lehramt. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Data Science, Digital Business, Geschäftsprozesse, Künstliche Intelligenz, Machine Learning und Projektmanagement.
