In the Wednesday seminar on October 16 at RWU, Professor Dr. Jörg Wendorff and Kenny Nissel will address the question of how the different generations can work better together.
People's personal development, especially in their youth, is strongly influenced by social conditions. Among other things, this leads to the different needs and behaviors that members of different generations have or display.
Jörg Wendorff's seminar will discuss how a mutual understanding of the differences between the generations can be developed. How can the different generations work together better? This understanding is to be promoted by the lecture, in which all generations are briefly introduced and the young Generation Z is discussed in more detail. After all, most current students and young employees in the professional world belong to this generation.
Jörg Wendorff has a degree in education and has been working as a moderator and communication trainer since 2000. He completed his doctorate on the subject of e-learning in university teaching. From 2004 to 2009, he was the head of the training center for university teaching at the four northern Bavarian universities. Since 2010, he has been Professor of Educational Science and Vocational Education at Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences.
